Seeking exceptions to cultural stereotypes helps us to become better listeners, communicators, individualizing and in turn provide better service.

When someone works in a front line job that deals with serving the public being a great communicator and listener helps solve the problems at hand and help the customer. When you can individualize someones needs separately from another it lets you truly help that person and provide them with the service they need and deserve.
