If a and b are positive numbers such that 2b=3a, what's the value of ((a+b)/b)? I know you can plug in numbers for this, but i'm interested in solving this algebraically. Thanks.

[tex]\displaystyle 2b =3a \Rightarrow a= \frac{2b}{3} \\\\ \frac{a+b}{b}= \frac{ \frac{5b}{3} }{b} = \frac{5b}{3b} = \frac{5}{3} =1 \frac{2}{3} [/tex]
